An adult (over 18) athlete competing in France legally needs a medical certificate. Below you will find templates for some languages. You will have to ask a doctor to complete it. Once complete, please scan it and upload it to the your registration. It can be filled at any time between now and the start of Unicon (the certificate cannot be older than one year old at the start of Unicon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
