There are several museums you can visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Bastille<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The main attraction in Grenoble are the surrounding mountains! The <a href=\"https:\/\/bastille-grenoble.fr\/\">Bastille<\/a> is one of the easiest to access, you can walk right up from the city centre, or take the <a href=\"https:\/\/bastille-grenoble.fr\/le-telepherique\/\">cable car<\/a>. The cable car won&#8217;t allow you to take your unicycle with you, but you can ride your unicycle on most of the paths. You can download a map of the different paths <a href=\"https:\/\/bastille-grenoble.fr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/carte_sentier_bastille.pdf\">here<\/a> and you can find more information on the history of the place by downloading <a href=\"https:\/\/bastille-grenoble.fr\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/depliant_regie_6-volets_2019_UK.pdf\">this leaflet<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re feeling adventurous, you can also get up there using the <a href=\"https:\/\/bastille-grenoble.fr\/via-ferrata\/\">via ferrata<\/a>. You can rent kits for that in several shops in Grenoble, and also hire a guide for a day or a couple of hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Museum of the French Revolution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bastille in Grenoble has nothing to do with the French Revolution, but the Castle of Vizille, in the suburbs of Grenoble, is said to be a birthplace of it.
