L'\u00e9preuve de mont\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 gravir le plus rapidement possible une portion de chemin tr\u00e8s technique en mont\u00e9e.\nLe cross-country alterne des descentes et mont\u00e9es avec des pentes de difficult\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cyclocross est diff\u00e9rent des 3 autres \u00e9preuves : des obstacles artificiels sont plac\u00e9s sur un circuit, et l'objectif est de les franchir, en roulant ou en courant. Le gagnant est celui qui parcourt le plus de tours de circuit en un temps donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>mandatory protections <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Closed shoes,<\/li><li> Knee pads,<\/li><li> Gloves or wrist guards,<\/li><li> Helmet \/ Shin guards,<\/li><li> Elbow pads<\/li><li>Ankle guards encouraged<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muni stands for &#8220;Mountain Unicycling&#8221;.
