Cher comp\u00e9titeur de l'Unicon 20,<\/strong>
Pour participer \u00e0 l'Unicon 20, vous devrez justifier d'une sant\u00e9 suffisante pour prendre part \u00e0 une comp\u00e9tition de monocycle. La loi fran\u00e7aise le rend obligatoire, sans cela, vous ne pourrez pas participer aux comp\u00e9titions. Notez que la loi a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9volu\u00e9 entre 2020 et 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Pour les comp\u00e9titeurs de plus de 18 ans le 26 juillet 2022 :<\/strong> ous devrez uploader sur le site d'inscription un certificat m\u00e9dical sign\u00e9 de votre m\u00e9decin. Veuillez trouver nos mod\u00e8les ici\u00a0https:\/\/unicon20.fr\/health\/medical-certificate\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour les comp\u00e9titeurs de moins de 18 ans le 26 juillet 2022 : <\/strong>vous devrez remplir notre questionnaire m\u00e9dical, et cocher les cases correspondantes attestant que vous avez bien r\u00e9pondu \"NON\" \u00e0 toutes les questions. Si vous avez r\u00e9pondu \"OUI\" \u00e0 au moins une question, vous devrez uploader un certificat m\u00e9dical. Vous trouverez le questionnaire ici :\u00a0https:\/\/unicon20.fr\/questionnaire-under-18\/.<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 fourni un certificat m\u00e9dical, pas de probl\u00e8me, vous n'avez pas besoin de remplir le questionnaire m\u00e9dical.
Les monocyclistes d\u00e9j\u00e0 membres de l'UNSLL (f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise) ont simplement besoin d'uploader une image de leur licence en lieu et place du certificat m\u00e9dical<\/p>\n\n\n\n
