Nella Uphill il tracciato \u00e8 in salita e anch'esso presenta punti difficili. La Cross country \u00e8 un mix di Downhill e Uphill che presenta un livello moderato di difficolt\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Cyclocross \u00e8 diverso dalle altre 3 discipline: sul circuito sono presenti ostacoli artificiali che il concorrente deve superare andando in mono o correndo. Il vincitore \u00e8 colui che effettua il numero maggiore di giri entro il tempo dato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:25px\"><strong>mandatory protections <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Closed shoes,<\/li><li> Knee pads,<\/li><li> Gloves or wrist guards,<\/li><li> Helmet \/ Shin guards,<\/li><li> Elbow pads<\/li><li>Ankle guards encouraged<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muni stands for &#8220;Mountain Unicycling&#8221;.
